Justina Mazzella

Justina Mazzella is a New Jersey Licensed Associate Counselor and a National Certified Counselor and is currently pursuing her Licensed Professional Counselor accreditation. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The College of New Jersey. Justina has experience in school settings providing mental health treatment to children and adolescents. 

 

Justina utilizes modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy to provide individual counseling to her clients. Justina provides a safe, nonjudgmental space for her clients. She believes in meeting the client where they are with trust and empathy to permit a healthy therapeutic experience. Justina aids clients in navigating through their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to allow clarity and room for positive change so they can ultimately live a fulfilled life.
