Update to Physical Office Closure

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to extend the closure of our physical office until further notice. An earlier post and email indicated that we would open on April 1, 2020. However, until the pandemic crisis ends and the government gives the okay, we will not be opening the physical office to the public for both the safety of our staff and clients. We are sorry for the inconvenience

All current and future therapy sessions with Rachel will still take place, but in Telehealth form. We are still accepting new clients! Please refer to previous posts about how to access your Teletherapy sessions with Rachel and for other important information.

Be sure to subscribe for email updates about when a new post is made so that you can stay in the loop!

As a reminder, we cannot help but stress certain guidelines by the CDC:

  • Stay home as much as possible and limit unnecessary traveling.

  • If you must leave, maintain social distancing standards in public locations such as doctors' offices, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. This means keeping a distance of at least 6 feet between you and another person.

  • Frequently wash your hands with WARM water for at least 20 seconds (Sing the 20-second chorus of these well known songs to make it fun for you and the kids).

  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces in your home.

  • If you think you may be infected: quarantine yourself and your household members for 14 days in your home and call your primary care doctor's office for a Telehealth visit immediately. DO NOT GOT TO AN URGENT CARE CENTER OR HOSPITAL WITHOUT GIVING NOTICE (this can cause other people to get exposed) From there, your doctor will be able to point you in a direction to get tested safely and without causing potential exposure to the public, especially vulnerable populations.
